The project recalls the typical beach chair of the ‘60s that we still find on many Italian beaches today, reconsidering this subject for a more pleasant and elegant public context such as Spa and Solarium.
The research and the curiosity for reconsidering small wood turned parts such as frog buttons and little spheres, led to the reinterpretation of the cloth of the seat, replacing the fabric weave with a more comfortable and attractive wood web, realized with wooden buttons.
It was intentionally wanted to draw inspiration from the most sweet and pleasant sensation we can desire for our body, from the sensual and soft touch of a hot stone massage, able to sway and excite our senses.
